Today tht Indo guy call in sick.....*sigh*...told him to produce Medical cert when he comes in tomm, but he refused to go to the doctor and insist that as he's not a cfm staf, there is no need to produce MC, but told him that it's a company policy to submit MC when u are sick regardless whether u are confirmed staff or not. So he decided to take unpaid leave for today!!...*sigh*
