Woke up lat 2day. Laze around in bed and chit chat with my colleague on the phone. At 5.30 took the MRT to City Hall to meet my mum and sis for the firework happening at 8pm. The MRT was so jammed pack with people that I have to squeeze my way into the MRT. We reach the esplanade landing @7pm where it's already fill with anxious ppl who were there to watch the spectacular firework. We found a spot to sit and we decided to secure our spot by remaining seated for an hour before the show starts....hehehe....kiasu s'porean....it's was raining actually but we brave ourselves and stayed...hehehehe...(yeah right). Anyway the shows start later than promised. It started at 8.10 and the fireworks lasted for 10 mins. By right it should be a 20 min thing. Well anyway it was nice (look pixs below). After that we headed towards the carnival in celebration of the National Day. We browse thru some kiosk stall when we decided it was boring. Nothing interesting actually. So we went over to Marina Square and head towards the MRT where we depart for home. Reach home, cook simple dish for my hubz and resting time....Gotta to get my good night sleep for a brand new day....Sayonara
