Sometimes it doesn't pay to be nice to some people. You give them face, they step all over you. Something happen in the office that really ticked me off this morning. Sometimes they just get too comfortable with you that they forgot office etiquette and manners. You tell them off in mild tone, they mistook you for not trusting them and start showing tantrums and giving away that long faces, so where does that leaves me??? Anything goes wrong in the office, I get blamed, so does that justify everything? Personal problems maybe?? Well it may sucks for the other party in their personal life, get a grip...personal is personal, work & personal don't mix. If they feel dat way, too bad, get a life. Everyone has bad days too but that doesn't give them the right to bash other people. I just can't tolerate childish & immature act especially if it steps over my boundaries.

I may take jokes or criticism well between colleagues but that doesn't mean that they belong to good friends group to have that privilege to bring me down with insult & crude remarks which I casually ignore as I see no point in pursuing further at a cost of jeopardizing the relationship with the staffs. But this is way out of my line. You can either be my colleague or my enemy, I've got nothing to lose. You can talk to my hand for all I care. It's a doggy dog world out there. Whoever that maybe, grow up and learn to be sensitive towards other people's feeling coz u are not in your adolescence age anymore
